Creamy honey, four ways

Honey on a honeycomb
Honey on a honeycomb

Our honey comes from hives among orange and clementine groves in Oxapampa, Pasco. It is spun until it forms fine crystals, so it stays soft and creamy: you spread it, you don't pour it.

1. On buttered toast

Good bread, cold butter, a thick layer of honey. Nothing else needed.

2. Swirled into yoghurt

A spoonful folded through thick yoghurt at breakfast, with a little granola on top.

3. With cheese

Next to a sharp or salty cheese on the board, where its citrus notes do the rest.

4. Straight from the spoon

We won't judge. We have done it too.
