One country, many climates.

Peru runs from Pacific desert to Andean peaks to Amazon rainforest. We go to the one place where each product grows at its best.

    The farm

    Smallholder families in Cutervo and San José de Lourdes grow Typica, Caturra and Bourbon at 1,750–1,800 m.

    Picked by hand

    Only ripe red cherries are picked, pass after pass through the harvest.

    Washed and sun-dried

    The cherries are pulped, fermented, washed and dried slowly in the sun.

    Every lot is tasted by a quality specialist. Ours scored 86 on the SCA scale.

    A medium-dark roast for espresso: dark chocolate, praline, orange peel.
